BossTrack.com does not have access to your Wallet or private key and cannot initiate a transfer of Virtual Currency or otherwise access your Virtual Currency. We are not your brokers, intermediaries, agents, advisors, or custodians, and we do not have a fiduciary relationship or obligation to you regarding any other decisions or activities that you effect when using your Wallet or our Services.

By purchasing Boss Token, you agree that you are not purchasing a security or investment contract. You agree to hold the team harmless and not liable for any losses or taxes you may personally incur. Although Boss Token is a community driven DeFi Ecosystem and not a registered digital currency, always make sure that you are in compliance with local laws and regulations before you make any purchase. Cryptocurrencies are not legal tender and are not investments or securities.

We are not responsible for any activities that you engage in when using your Wallet, and you should understand the risks associated with Virtual Currency, blockchain technology generally, and our Services described more fully below. Unless explicitly provided in writing, we do not host or maintain dapps accessible on our Services and do not participate in any transactions on such dapps, recommend, endorse, or otherwise take a position on your use of these services.

BossTrack makes no recommendation, investment, financial or tax advice. All virtual currencies listed on our site are purely in the interest of giving information to the end user. Information may not be completely accurate and may be subject to change. BossTrack shall have no legal or financial responsibility or liability for financial gains or losses based on the information provided by the site. Users should consult financial advisors before making any decision.

Will Services of BossTrack change?

We will always be trying to improve the Services, so they user experience may change over time. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Services including requirements or benefits to premium features associated with holding Boss Token virtual currency. We reserve the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason in our sole discretion, and without notice. Boss Track Services are currently free, but we reserve the right to charge for certain or all premium Services in the future. We will notify you before any Services you are then using begin carrying a fee, and if you wish to continue using such Services, you must pay all applicable fees for such Services.

Financial Obligations

You will be responsible for paying, withholding, filing, and reporting all taxes, duties, and other governmental assessments associated with your activity in connection with the Services, provided that BossTrack may, in its sole discretion, do any of the foregoing on your behalf or for itself as it sees fit. The failure of either you or us to exercise, in any way, any right herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. You and BossTrack agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and BossTrack, and that it supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of these said Terms. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venture of BossTrack, and you do not have any authority of any kind to bind BossTrack to in any respect whatsoever.

Limitation of Liability.

BossTrack shall not be liable for any action taken or omitted by it pursuant to, or in connection with, these Terms except to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction determines in a final and non-appealable judgment that BossTrack gross negligence or willful misconduct was the direct cause of any loss to you, and subject to the limitations set forth below.
